The City of Cape Towns proposed budget (Read the proposed budget) will be debated and decided on at the end of this month. GTAF is against the proposed budget as it will see a massive increase for residents in our community and we believe this is designed to tax people out of their properties. To help the three ward councilors understand the feeling in the wards they represent GTAF has produced two petitions (below) fill in the petition that you agree with. Either in favour of the proposed budget or against the proposed budget. We will publish the results of these petitions on Saturday and send them to the three ward councilors in our area such that they can understand the feeling our our community.
